Menu designing is unique to each event and are inspired by the reception, dinner, dessert, and beverage packages. As we know how important this day is for you and your guests, we will assist you with the creation and design of your menu and reception. The Cutting Board has a numerous menu options and selections to choose from. We make everything from scratch here to ensure the best experience possible for you and your guests. All food and beverage items purchased or consumed by your guests at The Cutting Board must be supplied and prepared by the restaurant with the exception of a special occasion cake. The sale and service of alcoholic beverages are regulated by the Michigan Liquor Control Commission and local law enforcement guidelines. As a license holder we are responsible for ensuring that these laws are kept while at The Cutting Board. We reserve the right to refuse bar service to any person who appears to be intoxicated or does not have valid identification. Specific menu selections must be made four weeks prior to the function. All food and beverages are subject to a twenty percent gratuity service fee plus a six percent Michigan sales tax. Final guaranteed attendance must be provided 14 days prior to your wedding reception date. The nonrefundable final payment is due 30 days prior to your wedding reception date. A two hundred dollar deposit is due at time of booking for the wedding reception. The deposit for a wedding reception is non refundable. All policies are subject to change at our discretion. |
